You must close the exposition before exposition activity records can be created. When closing a completed exposition, the order data is replaced with activity records.
If the Delete Expo Definition on Close option is enabled in the Expo System Options window (from Exposition, select Set up module, and click Options), the definition and planning records for the exposition are purged when you close the exposition. If this option is disabled, the exposition and product planning information remains in iMIS, the exposition detail is purged, and a “C” displays in the Exposition Status field to indicate that the exposition has been closed.
To close an exposition

3. A message prompts you to verify closing the exposition. Click Yes.
4. A final message warns you that all exposition details are removed and that activity history is generated for all the exhibitors. Click Yes to close the exposition.
